This multifunction device supports traditional credit card processing features and adds new technologies:

Fingerprint Sensor

64 bit versions of Windows are supported only with Point of Success version 3 or above.





 
Employee Cards

Technical Support Services


Technical support is available under one of the following support plans:


Per Incident Support

$80 per hour (1/4 hour minimum) during regular business hours

$120 per hour (1/4 hour minimum) for after hours support

If an onsite visit is required, the above hourly rates will apply for travel.                                   

Software Maintenance Plans
We offer yearly and quarterly plans for your convenience.  Support plans include unlimited software support during regular business hours.  Support maintenance customers do receive a discounted rate of $80 per hour for after hours support.  Our software plans are for remote support.  If an onsite visit is required, we do charge our normal hourly rate for travel.  Although we do recommend a yearly or quarterly maintenance plan, it is not required for support to be provided.
